Profyx does not deliver the physical sticker. It organizes the trade: compares albums, suggests what each person should bring, reserves duplicates and updates everything only after both people confirm.

Profyx generates a public trade link that you can send to friends, family or private collector groups.
Compare with another person
The app shows what you can receive and what you can give using available duplicates.
Propose a trade
The proposal does not change the album and does not reserve stickers yet.
Accept and reserve
After acceptance, the duplicate stickers are reserved for a limited time to avoid promising the same sticker twice.
Make the physical trade
The actual handover happens outside the app. Profyx shows exactly what each person must bring and receive.
Both people confirm
After checking the codes, both people confirm in the app. Only then the album is updated.
Album updated
The person who received a missing sticker gets it in the album. The person who gave a duplicate loses that duplicate unit.
Comparing does not change the album. Proposing does not either. Accepting only reserves. Updating happens only after both confirmations.
This separation prevents the most dangerous mistake: changing duplicates before the physical trade happens.
During the physical trade
The app becomes a checklist.
Each person sees two simple lists: what to bring and what to receive. Before confirming, check every code.
- Separate stickers before meeting.
- Check the printed codes.
- Confirm only after receiving everything correctly.
- Cancel if the trade does not happen.
What each trade status means
Someone suggested a trade, but nothing is reserved.
Both accepted and the duplicates are blocked for a limited time.
One person confirmed and the other still needs to confirm.
Both confirmed and the album was updated.
