Account and data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Profyx Stickers account and data associated with album tracking.
How to request
Send an email to suporte@profyx.com.br using the same email registered in your account. In the subject, write: Delete my Profyx account.
Data that can be deleted
- Account registration data.
- Sticker control data marked as collected, duplicated or updated after trades.
- Records linked to the account inside the app.
Timeframe
After validation of the request, deletion will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to technical, legal and security obligations.
Note
Deletion is final and may prevent later recovery of the saved album.
